Bio:   Beth Gibbs is a highly qualified educator with a degree in Early Childhood Education from Columbia College. She has extensive experience teaching in both public and private schools, as well as conducting Bible studies and homeschool classes for children ages 2 to 18. Currently, she homeschools two of her four children, having already graduated her two eldest in 2023 and 2025. Furthermore, Beth has earned her Master's of Education in Educational Therapy from Southeastern University. Beyond her dedication to teaching, she enjoys spending valuable time with her family, cooking, writing, and pursuing artistic endeavors.

Bio:   I have been an NILD Educational Therapist for 19 years, and a Professionally Certified Educational Therapist since 2011. I am also trained in Search and Teach and Feuerstein's Instrumental Enrichment.

Bio:   I have spent over 20 years working with students who learn differently, helping them unlock their potential and thrive in the classroom. Currently, I serve as the Student Success Coordinator at Prince of Peace Christian School, where I partner with families and teachers to ensure students receive the support they need to flourish. Prior to this, I spent 11 years as the Director of Educational Support at Coastline Christian Schools, and before that, I worked as both a private practice Educational Therapist and a classroom teacher spanning preschool through middle school. I hold a Master’s degree in Education with an emphasis in Educational Therapy from Regent University, and my passion is walking alongside struggling students and their families to provide not just answers, but real strategies that lead to confidence and success. This mission is also personal—both of my own children successfully went through the program I now champion, and today they are thriving as college graduates. Seeing their journey fuels my commitment to helping other families find the same hope and results.

Bio:   Brenda Weiland trained to work with adolescents in her undergraduate studies. When she found that many problems in the teen years had their roots in the preschool years, she completed an AMS preprimary Montessori certification program. When her own children had learning difficulties in school, she attended graduate school and earned degrees in Educational Leadership, Curriculum and Instruction, and Education of the Exceptional Child. She understands the dynamics that families with special needs go through and enjoys the transformational process that NILD brings to students and their families.

Bio:   Growing up, I struggled in school, but in high school I tutored my peers and became passionate about learning. For 40 years I have invested in others’ academic success. From bush Alaska to the jungles of Costa Rica, God gave me opportunities to teach elementary school, special education, English as a second language, homeschool our three children, and mentor homeschool moms while tutoring their children. My desire as an educational therapist and certified teacher is to serve children and adults as they overcome learning challenges and become confident and competent lifelong learners.

Bio:   Hello! I am a teacher turned homeschool mama to my three kids. I have homeschooled for ten years. I also teach in the co-op setting to about 50 students each year. I teach mostly reading intervention with phonemic awareness and writing classes for middle school. I have a BA in English Literature and a M.Ed. in Secondary Education. Before I had children of my own, I taught classes at a live in teen rehab in Los Angeles. I love learning and feel that first, I'm always a student. My youngest was diagnosed with severe dyslexia and having a NILD therapist has made such a difference and I'm eager to learn to continue to help her and others!
