FEUERSTEIN FIE TACTILE FOR ATTENTION

This hands-on course introduces therapists, educators, psychologists, clinicians, and parents to a multi-sensory approach (Touch-Motion-Sound) in the tactile and kinesthetic modalities of mediation for the treatment of ADD/ADHD, as well as developing and strengthening the visualization skills needed for oral language comprehension, reading comprehension, and life. The course uses structured, hands-on materials to strengthen attention, impulse control, and cognitive processing through mediated learning. Instead of focusing on behavior management alone, it targets underlying thinking skills and problem solving skills by guiding the learner through intentional touch-based tasks. The goal is to improve self-regulation and learning capacity by reshaping cognitive pathways, rather than simply accommodating attention challenges.
