Bio:   Kathy Kiser, M.Ed., NILD PCET Kathy is a 35-year veteran in the realm of education with 21 years focused on educational intervention for students with learning differences. In 2003, she began her journey as an NILD Educational Therapist and started a Discovery Program in Mobile, Alabama. Kathy is currently the Director of Therapy Services at Rocky Bayou Christian School in Niceville, Florida, and coordinates services to include Occupational, Physical, Speech, Behavioral, and NILD Educational Therapy for RBCS students. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Pensacola Christian College and a Master’s degree in Teaching and Learning with a focus on Special Education from Liberty University.

Bio:   My name is Kori Lyn Roy, kroy@hcs.la. I got my bachelor's degree from CSU Channel Islands in 2022. I am a substitute teacher, safety inspector, teacher’s assistant, and help with any project. I’ve worked at Heritage for 3 years and at my church’s children’s ministry before that for 5 years. I came and have stayed at Heritage because I agree with their goals and mindsets to educate children through the love of Jesus. I love the creativity and spirit of children and have cared for them in many different capacities since I was 12. I love to substitute teach in order to help the teachers keep on top of their students' education when they are away, and so that I can get to know all of the students here at Heritage as I participate class to class. I was born November, 2000 and was married in February, 2023 to my best friend. We own our dog, Zenana, and live in Wood Ranch Simi Valley. I’m a self motivated person who loves to stay healthy, organized, and productive, but do all this so I can enjoy all the fun things I plan with family and friends. I love adventures and board games.
