Bio: Diana Cessna, founder of Effective Teaching Group d.ba. EduGates, is a licensed NILD Educational Therapist, IDA CERI certified Dyslexia Specialist, and corporate trainer. Diana is equipped with over 25 years of experience training and teaching students and professionals within the spectrum of Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, and Dyscalculia, along with other neurodiverse co-morbidities. She has graduate degrees in ESE/ NILD Educational Therapy, Literacy Education, and Dyslexia Education, along with undergraduate degrees in International Studies and Political Science. Diana also holds an Instructor License from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Diana works to develop the individual and unique skills of each learner, accelerating proficiency in English as a second language and improving English literacy, business communications, math skills, and executive functioning. Her philosophy and practice include educating and empowering individuals to replace any obstacles to academic, professional, or athletic success with the foundational building blocks to perform most effectively. Diana’s goal is to help all individuals rise to their highest potential.
Bio: Dr. Letsinger is a PCET and is currently the Lead Academic Support Specialist at Arma Dei Classical Christian Academy. She worked for 11 years providing educational therapy in a Christian school in Colorado before starting a private practice in NILD Educational Therapy, Beyond the Skylights Learning, LLC., in 2014. Dr. Letsinger received her M.Ed in NILD Educational Therapy in 2015 and her Ph.D. in Special Education in 2022 from Regent University. Dr. Letsinger also supports doctoral students in their dissertation process as adjunct faculty at Regent University.
Bio: Debbie is retired from a school based program in which she worked for 20 years. She worked for many years with a mission organization in West Africa and now works part time as a private practice educational therapist in Tyler, TX.
