Bio: Hello! I joined the educational therapy world as a homeschooling mom looking for help with my struggling learner. After seeking out help for him, I was amazed at the program and the results from it. I had previous experience as an early interventionist, but after learning about NILD, I had to jump in. I became an educational therapist in 2017 and worked in a Discovery program at our local private school. After serving there for 5 years, in 2022 I decided to focus on helping our homeschooling community and started a private practice. I love seeing the lightbulbs coming on and the confidence and growth happening in my students. NILD changed my own child's life, and I am also blessed to be a part of seeing the change in other students' lives as an educational therapist.
Bio: I have been a homeschooling mom to five children and have taught community classes in science, art, photography, health, and fitness. I started working as an Educational Therapist in 2020. I have experience working as an Educational Therapist at a local private school. In 2022-2023, I moved to full-time Tele-therapy and have aimed to offer the best online educational therapy experience possible for students worldwide. I am in the US on Mountain Time but take students in any time zone. I am purposeful in providing an environment where we celebrate mistakes as learning opportunities, make meaningful connections to real-life applications, creatively engage with materials, grow in resiliency, and have fun.
