Bio:   After homeschooling my own child with learning disabilities, and recognizing the need for more resources to help students in need, I decided to become an educational therapist. I returned to school in 2018 and received my degree in Special Education. I continued on to complete Level 1 NILD Educational Therapist training and opened my business, Divergent Learning. I have since worked with students in grades 3-11 and seen the NILD program make an impact in their lives. I am also a certified Mediator in FIE and work with students ages 10 to 18 to increase cognitive modifiability. My goal is to empower students with not just educational skills, but with self confidence that they carry with them throughout their lives.

Bio:   After ten years of homeschooling my children, I joined the Pearl Center for Learning in August 2023 as a Math Aide, a math tutor, and a substitute teacher. In August 2024, I became certified as a Level 1 NILD Educational Therapist. In the past year, I have also become certified in TEACH and FIE Enrichment. Currently, I provide NILD educational therapy to 7 students, am the middle school math teacher, and am the elementary social studies/science teacher at Pearl. Outside of Pearl, I also serve as a pre-teen small group leader at my church. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, three children, and two dogs.

Bio:   I am honored and blessed to be the director of the educational business Footsteps to Learning & Light. God has called me to use my gifts and talents to help facilitate the growth of each student, parent, and teacher in order to maximize their God-given potential for learning and teaching. I draw upon my training as a certified NILD Therapist, Search and Teach Therapist and training in Orton-Gillingham, Project Read, LIPS, WIlson Reading, Guided Reading, and technology. I also hold a BA from Boston College and Masters of Education from UNH. I am pleased to use my 41 years of experience as a public school and private school special education teacher, tutor, consultant, and trainer to serve in this ministry. Bio:   I'm Diane Miller. I began my journey to becoming an Educational Therapist as a classroom teacher turned Resource Teacher turned tutor during the pandemic. In 2023 I moved to southern California and was introduced to the Integrated learning Institute by the principal of Kings Schools. I met with Cynthia Moses and observed her working with two students using NILD techniques. I was amazed at the techniques she used which far surpassed my tutoring skills. I've always believed that anyone can learn if the "teacher" works with how the students brain works. The NILD techniques and mission aligned with everything I believed, but didn't know existed. I am so grateful to God for leading me to a place where I can truly work with anyone and help them become independent learners. Working with students has been the most rewarding and fulfilling thing I've ever done.

Bio:   After working in the classroom for nineteen years, I went back to get my Masters in Educational Therapy so I can help the children that have difficulty learning. My private practice is called Rockingham Educational Therapy and my office is in my home. My husband and I have three grown daughters, two of which live locally and have blessed us with five grandchildren. The third daughter shares my love of education and goes to school in Minnesota. I enjoy swimming, gardening, quilting and embroidery in my free time.
