Bio:   I graduated from Dordt University with a degree in Secondary Education / English. Out of college I taught 7th and 8th grade in a contained classroom in a smaller Christian school. After having twins, I stayed home for a number of years. Since 2014, I have served as educational therapist at Lynden Christian School in Lynden, Washington. Since 2023, I have added the position of Inclusion Specialist (a.k.a. special ed teacher) for grades 5-8 at Lynden Christian. I earned a Master of Special Education from Dordt University in 2025.

Bio:   Kathy Kiser, M.Ed., NILD PCET Kathy is a 35-year veteran in the realm of education with 21 years focused on educational intervention for students with learning differences. In 2003, she began her journey as an NILD Educational Therapist and started a Discovery Program in Mobile, Alabama. Kathy is currently the Director of Therapy Services at Rocky Bayou Christian School in Niceville, Florida, and coordinates services to include Occupational, Physical, Speech, Behavioral, and NILD Educational Therapy for RBCS students. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Pensacola Christian College and a Master’s degree in Teaching and Learning with a focus on Special Education from Liberty University.
