Breaking Down the Words: Five Areas of Language and How They Present in Children

Dr Brianne Roos is a faculty member and Director of the Undergraduate program in the Department of Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences at Loyola University Maryland. She is a speech-language pathologist whose areas of clinical expertise are neurology and dysphagia, and she enjoys teaching undergraduate and graduate students about speech, language, and how to care for the whole person as a clinician. She is an avid learner, and she went back to school for her doctorate with a dissertation focus on stress in undergraduate students studying speech-language-hearing sciences.
